Week 1: Full Moon Amplify + Release Ritual

This week is all about releasing blocks and self-limiting beliefs, and amplifying gratitude.  Meaghan Starr of NE Starr Collective will lead a Full Moon Amplify & Release ceremony that includes self-reflection.  She will perform healing energy work while walking you through a guided meditation at the end of the yoga class.

Week 2: Shamanic Healing Circle

Somatic Movement + Tapping by 612 Yoga

Healing is paramount to finding new beginnings.  Jennifer Hammer of Cedar & Sage Healing Arts will lead you through a Somatic movement exercise, followed by a healing circle that explores nature’s elemental powers as medicine for your body & soul.

Jennifer is passionate about helping others heal from trauma through different modalities & helping people find their true self. After experiencing a  spiritual awakening in 2016, Jennifer graduated from the Four Winds Society Light Body School for Shamanic Energy Medicine in 2018, she is a full Mesa carrier initiated into the Q’ero Shamanic healing traditions (an ancient lineage of the high Andes in Peru). be of service to others who find themselves struggling to find their true self.

Meaghan has 20+ years of combined experience in holistic wellness, including attending college for Integrative Health and Healing in 2011. She specializes in Energy Work, ear candling, Moon Meditations, mind/body/spirit coaching, tarot reading, crystal therapy, and plant based remedies. She is a member of the NE Minneapolis community and uses her small business to create a safe space for others to bring their whole selves, wherever they are on their journey, as well as raising up local arts of all mediums! 

Laura Bisek, RDN, LDN, CLT  Mind+ Gut LLC
What we put in our bodies ultimately affects how we feel and how healthy our body is. Laura is a licensed           dietitian/nutritionist with over 17 years of experience in behavioral health. She belives implementing behavioral changes is key to finding consistency for healthy eating patterns.  Her overall style is a blend of integrative/functional medicine with traditional western approaches. Laura is gentle, humorous, direct and straight-forward.
