Dancing is a form of art that uses the body as its medium. It is a tool for expressing our feelings without words. Sometimes we cannot use our voice as an outlet, especially when our emotions are deep inside our souls. Dancing is ancient medicine. Dancing helps us to find our truest self and dancing within a safe community can help you find your place in the world. This dance is all about inclusivity, meaning people of all ages, sizes, and abilities attend these ceremonies. Come as you are or dress up in costume. We suggest wearing something that helps you move freely.
We come to freely express ourselves through movement. We come to free the mind and let go of old programs that keep us stuck. We come to move forward, have fun, accept ourselves, accept others, stretch, make silly faces, move, shake, sit, cry, laugh, yell, feel vibration, feel energy, feel emotions, connect to a community and connect to our own spirit. The goal is to be yourself, find yourself, lose yourself, let go, have fun and create vibrant health mentally, physically and spiritually.

BE FREE. DANCE HOW YOU WANT. NO JUDGEMENT. When we step on the dance floor, we include our whole selves, even the frightened parts that want to hide.
