Sister Circle - The Physical Body

Sister Circle is a safe space for all who I identify as women. Please join us to share knowledge, rituals, and fun! For May, we are diving into the aspects of the physical body. We will get into pranayama (breath) practices, a yoga flow that aids our bodies in their natural process of detoxification, mudras to create connections between the energy meridians of our fingers and hands, and we will finish the evening with  each making our own unique tea blends and a tea ceremony!

We will have five different herbs for you to choose from to make your tea blend. We will go into details about each herb and the benefits they provide to the body. We will conclude with a tea ceremony that ties us all together. Space will be opened for sharing experiences and connecting deeper with the women in our community.

Sister Circle is a donation-based event. We strive to keep community healing as accessible as possible to all whom we serve. That being said, when we hold Sister Circle's where there is a cost for materials involved, we do ask that participants cover the cost of their materials. It is $10 per person to cover the cost of materials for the tea making. If you wish to attend Sister Circle this month, but the $10 cost presents undo hardship for you, please reach out to us and we will make it work. No one is turned away.
