Sister Circle - Exploring the Metaphysical

In this Sister Circle we invite you to drop into the liminal space between the physical and the energetic bodies. Learn how to tap into your own aura, chakras, and vibration to heal and create a life that is aligned for YOU. We go through life so caught up in the ways we can shift what is going on in our physical realities, but energy healer Eden Bauer invites you to get quiet, breathe, and open your mind up to what lies beyond the physical to improve your day to day. 

We will share a kundalini yoga practice, a brief meditation, a discussion about how to connect with your energy body, an open chat about experiences with the metaphysical, and all attendees will receive a mini reiki session from Eden, as an optional $10 add-on to the evening. 

Sister Circle is a monthly donation-based gathering for all who identify as women. Our hope is to bring together women in our community to build connection, friendship, support, and the feeling of being truly seen. At 612 Yoga we strive to keep community healing as accessible as possible to all who wish to partake.
