The Studio
We are a small instructor owned business in NE Minneapolis focused on creating a peaceful & affordable sanctuary for self exploration, (Svadhyaya) healing, & personal growth through the exploration of the 8 limbs of yoga, lifestyle coaching, & various healing methods.

Our Philosophy
We believe yoga can be practiced by everyone. We strive to create a safe space for practice and vulnerability, welcoming all to their mats.
We support all lineages of yoga practice, and believe that the more variety you are exposed to, you will be able to access deeper layers of healing. If you are a long time practitioner or new to group classes, we invite you to put on something comfortable and join us on your mat.
